Bachar Chebaro is a partner in Arab Scientific Publishers, Arabisation and Software Centre, neelfurat.com, Arab Scientific Publishers Incorporation and Thaqafa Publishing and Distribution since 1986, 1992, 2002, 2003, 2005 and 2008 respectively. He was born in Beirut in 1956 and graduated from the Lebanese University with a social studies MA degree in 1987. Mr Chebaro has served as President of the Arab and International Relations Committee since 2009. He served as a publishing consultant during the Beirut World Book Capital in 2009.
