Andreas is an experienced Change Agent that is helping companies and organizations to become more efficient and productive using Lean Management. He is a certified Scrum Master as well as a certified Facilitator and Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant. He combines consulting with teaching classes in Lean and Agile Management.
He's passionate about Continuous Improvement and believes most problems in businesses originates from misunderstandings and poor communication. He's the chairman of the board of Swedish company Systemvaruhuset. He's also a co-founder of Agile Middle East, a non-profit organization founded to promote Lean and Agile principles and practices in Middle East. Agile ME facilitates public meetings, lectures and workshops to foster lean thinking and increase agile awareness and understanding. It also provides a way for Lean & Agile practitioners to collaborate, share their experiences and advance Lean & Agile adoption.
Andreas also manages the Professional Program at ADIBF2015.
