The international library in Sweden is a unique public library holding literature in 120 different languages, staff speaking 30 different languages, a web page in 8 different languages and a catalogue with original scripts in Arabic, Persian, Chinese and Korean.

Elisabeth Risberg is a librarian, cataloguer and web administrator at The International Library in Stockholm. As a librarian and a cataloguer she has addressed the importance of including original script in library catalogues to make them more accessible and userfriendly
